Gary Stickna serves as the Senior Vice President of the Real Property Tax Consulting Division for Nationwide Consulting Company. Mr. Stickna focuses his practice on local and national valuation issues with regards to Real Property Taxation of all types of Commercial Property. He is a partner in the firm and has been appraising and valuing commercial property for over 20 years.
Mr. Stickna is designated as ASA, an accredited senior appraiser in the discipline of real property/urban, by the American Society of Appraisers since 1998. He is also a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Valuation assignments have included shopping centers, office buildings, self-storage facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, bulk-storage petroleum facilities, chemical plants, food processing plants, apartment complexes, major hotels, research and development facilities and pharmaceutical plants.
Mr. Stickna has qualified and testified as an expert witness before various local, County and State Boards of Review and Equalization, throughout the United States and Canada, for valuation assignments pertaining to Real Property Tax Appeal matters.
