Gregg Manzione serves as the Director of the Real Estate Appraisal Group. Mr. Manzione focuses his practice on local and national valuation issues. He is a partner in the firm and he has been appraising for over 23 years and a designated MAI since 1990.

His experience ranges from local property issues to complex questions with focus on litigation matters and financing items. Other areas of expertise: Insurable Values, Acquisition and Disposition Values and Mortgage Loans. Consultation for Corporations, Lawyers, Engineers, Accountants and Various Governmental and/or quasi-Governmental Bodies. Appraiser has testified as an expert witness on the Local, County and State Levels.
