NCC partner spoke at the International Liquid Terminal Association’s Northeast Regional Conference held at the Renaissance Center in Woodbridge, NJ. Gregg Manzione’s presentation was titled The Changing Face of Terminal Investments. Attendees were area terminal operators representing many of the oil terminal assets in New Jersey and the NY Harbor. The ILTA Regional Conference addresses the most pressing issues facing terminals in the Northeast.
