Lee is a past President of IPT and a faculty instructor for IPT. He has been involved in creating and teaching various real estate related courses for IPT over the past 30 years. Mr. Klein is a member of Nationwide Consulting Company and Nationwide Petroleum Realty. He has specialized in the evaluation and valuation of predominately petroleum and petro chemical related facilities.
IPT- Institute for Professionals in Taxation- is a non-profit educational association serving over 4400 members representing approximately 1450 corporations, firms, or taxpayers throughout the United States and Canada. It is the only professional organization that educates, certifies and establishes strict codes of conduct for state and local income, property and sales & use tax professionals who represent taxpayers (government officials or organizations do not qualify for membership).
