On November 5, 2008, NCC partner spoke at the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) at their annual property tax symposium. Gregg Manzione was a featured speaker and the topic was “Appraisal Hot Topics: Refresh Your Working Knowledge of Key Appraisal Concepts and Valuation Issues for Assessment Purposes”. Gregg discussed the various appraisal techniques for several property types with emphasis on apartment complexes, retail facilities, office buildings and capitalization rates. The conference was held at the Denver Marriott City Center.
