NCC partner spoke at the Independent Liquid Terminal Association’s 28th Annual International Operating Conference & Trade Show in Houston on June 10, 2008. Gregg Manzione appeared as part of a panel discussion, titled “The Growing Eminent Domain Threat: Legal Recourse and Just Compensation”. Along with a Washington, DC attorney, Gregg discussed recent examples of condemnation of liquid storage terminals, the different affects on values and some unusual recent developments and issues. The conference was held at Hilton Americas-Houston, 1600 Lamar, Houston, TX.
The ILTA Annual International Operating Conference addresses the latest developments in terminal operations, renewable fuels, environmental compliance solutions, and personnel management.
